Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn & unused
Original tags attached
Original packaging intact

To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp +20 10 65507622 with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

We accept refund requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable
Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted
